Turning Technologies Workshops
Please join us for a series of useful, informative, and hands-on workshops exploring the many uses of Turning Technologies. Each of the workshops will take place in the Teaching & Learning Center, 920 Madison Ave. Suite 424, as outlined on the schedule below.
Please bring your laptop and a PowerPoint Presentation.
Introduction to TurningPoint Cloud
This workshop will provide an overview of TurningPoint Cloud, creating an account, downloading the software, creating a participant list (both manually and using the Blackboard connection), general overview of PowerPoint Polling, and basic overview of reporting. This is a very broad overview to introduce new users to the basics of using clickers in the classroom and serve as a refresher for those already using the technology.
This workshop will provide an in-depth exploration of how PowerPoint Polling works on both Mac and PC, building a presentation, running the presentation, and generating reports.
In this detailed and hands-on workshop, we will examine the many uses of Anywhere Polling including building and running a poll as well as generating reports on user's responses.
