Allen Dupont, Ph.D., M.S., B.A.
Director, Institutional Effectiveness
Dr. Allen Dupont began his career as a faculty member at Young Harris College, where he held the W. O. Duvall Chair of Business. Ultimately he was named Director of Institutional Research, Planning and Assessment, in which capacity he led YHC’s SACS Reaffirmation efforts. Allen joined North Carolina State University in 2004 as Director of Assessment for Undergraduate Academic Programs and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Economics. He continued to work on SACS issues, including serving on several SACS On Site teams. He joined UTHSC in July 2012. Allen holds the BA in Economics from Rice University and the MS and PhD in Economics from Louisiana State University.
C. Judith Nyabando, Ed.D., M.S., B.S.
Associate Director, Institutional Effectiveness
Dr. C. Judith Nyabando serves as Associate Director – Institutional Research Analyst in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. She joined the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in July 2012. Previously, she served as Research Analyst I in the Office of Institutional Research at Southwest Tennessee Community College. She has an EdD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis and an MS in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University. She also earned a BS in Computer Science from Bennett College.
Michael Hopkins, M.A., B.S.A.S.T.
Coordinator, Institutional Effectiveness
Michael Hopkins works as a Coordinator in Institutional Effectiveness. He began working at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in February 2013. He received an MA in Romance Languages and Literature from the University of Memphis and a BS in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
