Research Interest

We are interested in  investigating how miRNAs regulate tumor cell proliferation, migration, apoptosis and metastasis. We use lentiviral, adenoviral and adeno-associated viral vectors to deliver miRNA genes in cultured cells in vitro and mouse models  in vivo to study the miRNA-mediated gene regulatory network by identifying their target genes and downstream signaling pathways, thus  to develop miRNA based drugs in the treatment of ovarian cancer.
