  2. Transition from PhD in Biomedical Sciences (i.e., must be accepted in to, and enrolled in, PhD program initially) for all concentrations except for the concentration in Laboratory Research and Management
  3. Transition from PhD in Health Outcomes and Policy Research for the concentration in Health Policy/Health Services Research; qualified applicants may be admitted directly in to the MS in Health Outcomes and Policy Research with a concentration in Health Systems Pharmacy Management
  4. Transition from the PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences
  5. Joint degree with University of Tennessee, Knoxville, initiated as of fall, 2013
  6. Available for individuals who hold an Associate of Science or Associate of Applied Science degree with national certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist
  7. Available for working healthcare professionals who already hold a baccalaureate in a health-related discipline
  8. Only available to individuals accepted to an enrolled in the AuD program
  9. Applications not being accepted for this program at the present time
  10. For students who have already completed a Master of Arts or Master of Science in Audiology
  11. Available for licensed physical therapists seeking the doctoral degree
  12. Applications not being accepted for this program at the present time
